A 90-day Initial Membership is included with your Posterity App purchase. After 90 days, a Posterity App subscription is required to maintain unhindered access to your Client Portal, Estate Plan, and unlimited client support.
Legal services are distinct from software purchases. If Posterity Legal Services, LLC (PLS) is chosen as the law firm of record, two charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Posterity App subscription includes unlimited access to all Posterity App features and personal services unavailable to non-members. Subscription access includes all items listed above, 24/7 access to your Estate Plan, 24/7 access to Posterity Legal Services, LLC team (if PLS is retained as law firm of record), and customer service support.
Available Purchase Items & Descriptions:
• My Posterity App Real Property Deeds (RPD) — additional deeds not included in Client's initial package purchase, $250.
• My Posterity App Restatement of Trust Addendum (RTA) — to enable the conversion/restatement of Client's original (funded) revocable living trust, $150.
• My Posterity App Universal Guardian Trust (UGT) — to enable the arranging (and recording) of
specific guidelines for the guardian of Client's minor and/or disabled descendants and administered by a fiduciary/trustee through the terms of the UGT in conjunction with the Universal Guardian Guide (UGG), $1,250.
• My Posterity App Medicaid Qualifying Trust (MQT) — that may allow (in accordance with then current/applicable state and federal law) for personal assets to be transferred and deemed as a non-available resources with respect to any governmental spend down(s) directed against Client's estate to pay for Medicaid reimbursement claims, $1,250. (NOTICE: The MQT fee does not include [$250] RPD orders.)
• My Posterity App Asset Sheltering Trust (AST) — for protecting assets transferred therein, to the extent recognized and applicable under Nevada Law per NRS Chapter 166, from any adverse (non-governmental) creditor claim(s) that may be directed against Client's estate, $5,000. (NOTICE: The AST fee does not include the processing of any related Asset Transfer Document or [$250] RPD orders.)
• My Posterity App Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT) — to benefit a certain 501(c)(3) charitable entity(s) as a remainderman beneficiary from a charitable allocation that will first provide an income stream to Client and/or family member(s) either before or after Client's decease, per the establishing election, $5,000. Additional CRT formats used: Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust (CRAT) or Charitable Remainder Unitrust (CRUT) (NOTICE: The CRT fee does not include [$250] RPD orders.)
• My Posterity App 1031 Exchange Trust — for business owners interested in retiring or off-loading real property while potentially eliminating taxes, providing tax sheltered income, and inducing a stepped-up basis to beneficiaries. Pricing quotes produced after initial questionnaire and consultation are completed.
• My Posterity App Business Document Package (LLCs, S Corps, C Corps, etc.) — for business owners needing to register and/or protect their business interests and assets. This package is a full-service legal package that includes attorney consultation and all pertinent business documentation. Pricing quotes produced after initial questionnaire and consultation are completed.
